This morning, approximately 11 am, at the Navy Memorial,Pennsylvania Ave. , opposite the National Archives, on the 74th anniversary of Pearl Harbor. The ceremony took place about an hour later at noon. They spent more than an hour rehearsing to make sure every thing was exactly right
